Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as [non-returnable items like perishable goods, intimate items, or customized products], cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your return.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
